On Jan. 20, 2017, Donald J. Trump became the 45th president of the United States. Between the inauguration ceremony and the Women's March on Washington, hundreds of thousands of people came to the nation's capital to be heard.

• The slight push in brings the characters closer to the viewer when expressing their views, which makes me feel the authenticity in their voices.
• With politics being unavoidable in 2017, it's empowering to see equal coverage of both sides. Great job, NPR.
